Whenever a person begins to take God seriously, God responds by getting seriously involved. As we will explore in this sermon, God loves us so much that he seriously opposes our sin. Our old nature, or "house" is not capable of bearing God and his image, therefore God sets to work on something new. But know this: if you seek God, God will come live with you!
Find out in this sermon, part of the sermon series, "Finding God in Unexpected Places", based on the book by Krish Kandiah, "God is Stranger".

This is from the podcast, Anchored in Christ, coming to you from Old South Presbyterian Church in Newburyport, MA.
Rev. Dr. Sara Singleton is the pastor at Old South Presbyterian Church, interviewed by Deborah Owen.
Old South was founded in 1756 as a home base for itinerant power preacher, George Whitefield (who preached to as many as 25,000 people on Boston Common). But it's not a museum; it's a living church with vibrant membership, as you'll discover when you listen to these sermons.
