For the cross declares that God was not distant from our afflictions, but rather, He became suffering itself. In His boundless love, He took on the weight of our pain, transforming agony into the doorway of grace.

Suffering leads to Salvation, just like Jesus sufferenting on the cross lead to death of the flesh and gave life to the soul. thereby saved by the suffering of Jesus and recursion

Though his brothers stripped him of his fine coat, threw him into a pit, and left him without food, God later blessed Joseph with a royal robe, placed him in charge of storing grain in pits, and made him the provider of food for his family. The very things that symbolized his lowest moments became the instruments of his greatest triumphs.
