The ANC's Regional Deputy Chairperson In Ekurhuleni, Jongizizwe Dlabathi says the step side rule seems to want to overshadow critical discussions around organizational renewal. This as the party's sixth Policy Conference will officially kick off today in Nasrec, Johannesburg. The conference is a prelude to the ruling party's 55th National Elective Conference, which will take place in December. Over 6 000 delegates from the ANC are expected to attend the Conference.
