Beth is brave enough to allow herself to be very open in this episode. Can't say how much I respect Beth and her thoughts. 

Been reading this book by an immensely talented author. Somehow she describes very similar feelings of mine on personal depression and anxiety. Easiest way I've found to explain to people just what I'm dealing with every day.
