A new Harvard-Harris poll of likely democratic voters finds Hillary Clinton is the top choice of her party for the 2020 nomination even though she is not running for president - yet. Mrs. Clinton drew 21%, followed by former Vice President Joseph R. Biden with 20%, Vermont Sen. Bernard Sanders at 12%, Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren at 9% and ex-New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg at 7%. Is it time for Hillary to return?
