Have you sat down and really celebrated this year yet?

We know as a mum-daughter duo who are both recovering people-pleasers and perfectionists that celebrating our wins is something that doesn’t happen often enough! 

And as the first Christmas and end of year with a podcast (that’s officially been live for over 6 months 🥳) we wanted to take some time to properly celebrate before this ear disappears into the mince pie and wrapping paper fog.
