ذرّے سے صحرا پیدا کر قطرے سے قُلزُم پیدا کر

اَسرارِ اَلم ہیں پردہ نشیں آنکھوں سے نہ افشا ہو جائیں
ہو دل میں ہجومِ غم لیکن چہرے پہ تبسُّم پیدا کر
۳
ہو سنگِ دیر کہ سنگِ حرم محرومِ شرارِ ہستی ہیں
ان دونوں پتّھر کے تُودوں میں ذوقِ تصادُم پیدا کر
۴
آئینۂ ہستی کے دو رُخ ہیں عیشِ طرب اور کاہشِ غم
دنیا کے سوزِ ماتم میں تو سازِ ترنُّم پیدا کر
۵
میخانۂ ہستی کے اَسرار ابھی تک تجھ سے پنہاں ہیں
انگور کا ہر دانہ ساغر ہے ساغر سے خُم پیدا کر
۶
جذبات کے ظاہر کرنے میں لے کام زباں کا آنکھوں سے
خاموشیِ گُل کی طرح عطاؔ اندازِ تکلُّم پیدا کر

साकिन है तेरा दर्या-ए अ’मल, मौजों में तलातुम पैदा कर
ज़र्रे से सहरा पैदा कर, क़तरे से क़ुल्ज़ुम पैदा कर

अस्रार-ए अलम हैं पर्दा-नशीं, आँखों से न इफ़्शा हो जाएँ
हो दिल में हुजूम-ए ग़म लैकिन, चेहरे पे तबस्सुम पैदा कर

हो संग-ए दैर के संग-ए हरम, महरूम-ए शरार-ए हस्ती हैं
इन दोनों पत्थर के तूदौं में, ज़ौक़-ए तसादुम पैदा कर
४
आईना-ए हस्ती के दो रुख़ हैं ‘ऐश-ए तरब और काहिश-ए ग़म
दुनिया के सोज़-ए मातम में, तू साज़-ए तरन्नुम पैदा कर
५
मयख़ाना-ए हस्ती के अस्रार अभी तक तुझ से पिन्हाँ हैं
अंगूर का हर दाना साग़र है, साग़र से ख़ुम पैदा कर
६
जज़्बात के ज़ाहेर करने में, ले काम ज़बाँ का आँखौं से
ख़ामोशी-ए गुल की तरह अता, अंदाज़-ए तकल्लुम पैदा कर

The ocean of action is calm/quiet. Create stormy waves in it i.e., do something. Create a desert out of a grain of sand, an ocean out of a drop of water. This is a strong call for action without specifying what kind of action/goal.
