God has repeatedly demonstrated that for Him nothing is impossible. His normal pattern is to do the unthinkable, solve the unsolvable, and bring victory from defeat. Israel learned that lesson when their backs were trapped by the Red Sea and the army of Egypt was ready to destroy them.

We live in difficult times. Things seem too difficult for us to handle. What we need is someone who can do the impossible! In fact, we do have just such a one to help us. Impossible God - nothing is too difficult for Him. We see this in the very beginning when He creates everything from nothing.

Easter is not only a time to celebrate Jesus' new life. It is also a time to realize the Jesus gives us all new life, no matter our past failures. No one understood that more than Peter.

Like Judas last week, this week we look at another man who encountered Jesus and was changed forever as a result. His name was Pilate. In his struggles with Jesus and what to do with Him, we can all learn some lessons for our own faith journey.

I don't think anyone who encountered Jesus remained unchanged. Some however, failed to change for the better - but make no mistake they were changed. Today we look at one such man: Judas.

Jesus encountered many people on His final trip to Jerusalem. One of the groups He stopped to touch was the children. In the process He teaches us all some important lessons about life.
