Things get lost. People get lost. We get lost. No matter, God is going to look for us and find us. What we've done won't keep God from looking for us.Jesus calls us to help God look for His lost children. We need to care about them instead of writing them off.This is a powerful challenge for dads. There are always family members who get "lost." Dads, you need to go look for them - care about them - help them.

We all hold on to things - just different things. Sometimes it only causes a mess. But sometimes it keeps God from being able to do new things in our lives.Jesus warns us that we have to get rid of some stuff in our lives if we want God to really help us experience a "new life."

The Offering is one of the most misunderstood parts of worship. It isn't about paying the bills or God needing our money.The offering is our time - a time to remember God's gifts to us, to express our gratitude, to build our faith, and to be generous with others as God is with us.
