Andrea Harkins, a/k/a “The Martial Arts Woman,” is an internationally recognized writer, motivator, and public speaker. She is also a martial artist, martial art instructor, blogger, published book author, magazine and newspaper columnist, and life coach.
She began learning martial arts in 1989. Today, Andrea shares her mission of positivity through martial arts and black belt concepts as they relate to life.
To ignite her and passion and share her positivity vision, Andrea created the blog, www.themartialartswoman.com, which is a popular and candid account of martial arts and life.
