In this episode, I am talking to Andrea Owen, an author, global keynote speaker, and professional certified life coach. Andrea helps high-achieving women develop unshakeable confidence, and master resilience. We discuss how to process emotions like shame and anger, how the good girl narrative continues to impact the choices we make, using social media as an outlet for sensitive emotions, the sense of helplessness that permeates our life, and what we can do to feel more empowered.
Andrea has taught thousands of women tools and strategies of empowerment so they can live their most kick-ass life. She has written amazing books all geared towards educating people on bold living.
