On the 132nd episode of the GreatBase Tennis podcast, Steve Smith has a conversation with Andres Quijada. The Venezuelan is the director of the high-performance players at the Brookhaven Tennis Academy in Dallas. Prior to joining the private sector, Andres and his wife, the former Stephanie Wooten, spent years coaching college tennis.

Andres grew up in Caracas under the tutelage of his father, a teaching pro. Andres found his way to the US to play college tennis and he eventually earned ATP points. 

Tennis needs to have more young tennis leaders like Andres. Our listeners will appreciate his input. I think people will agree that one must have the character to help others build character.
