David Caputo David’s award-winning construction management career amalgamates a construction management degree and near two decades of hands-on experience constructing, managing and delivering a number of major landmark projects in and around the Melbourne CBD. With an unstoppable energy, David is well known for delivering iconic projects to all time, cost and quality standards, often ahead of schedule. David’s confident and mindful project management is evidenced by his expert delivery of multiple sites in highly active urban areas, concurrently. His smooth delivery of NAB’s 700 Bourke Street and Medibank’s new Head Office projects are a testament to this – delivering early whilst working amongst major key stakeholder challenges with Etihad Stadium and Southern Cross Station. David has successfully delivered over 3000 apartments within the Melbourne CBD. He has a proven track record of managing developer’s evaluation and settlement processes as well as all key stakeholders – from inception through to handover. In addition to project management, David specialises in assisting clients on the front end with design management and input, and advising on value management methodologies. As a director of Kapitol Group, David manages the overall delivery of works, and plays an important role in establishing and maintaining confidence in the client and the project team.
