Andrew is my former personal trainer, and has spent many years working in strength and conditioning, collaborating with various athletes. He served as a member of the NJ State Advisory Board for the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is a certified USA Weightlifting coach who has also competed in the sport of Olympic weightlifting for over 10 years. Currently, he works as a professor teaching exercise science and serves as an assistant volleyball coach at Husson University.
