Being one of the founding members of the North Devon Jolly Boys doesn't sound like much of an achievement to anyone outside of said organisation. But for Andy, it's been vital.

In this episode, I chat to Andy about everything from the Jolly Boys and what they've mean to him, life coaches, men hugging each other, the 'me too' movement and being a Cub Scout leader. It's quite a broad range of topics, but then Andy is a very knowledgable man.
