There are jobs in our industry that take substantial amounts of passion to work your way to the top. We all know brands that started out small, maybe in somebody's garage or a grandmother's basement and today are a monster of a company that you see in every dealership or mom and pop shop. These brands do not get where they are without passion.

Andy White joins us on the podcast to share more insight of his life. This man is fueled by passion for racing on 2 wheels, primarily dirt bikes. From racing to managing KTM, marketing, consulting, business owner, and brand manager for FXR, Andy is the first to tell you that it takes a lot of hard work to land in all of those positions. To do anything right takes time and effort, especially if you want to make it a career.
