Angela Liddle shares how cautious communication strengthens relationships and creates community hope over time. A York County native, Angela has spent more than 30 years working in arena of child abuse prevention.  She led Pennsylvania’s first licensed nursery, The Lehman Center, to become a vital part of York County’s child protection services through securing federal and county funding and developing a continuum of care for families at risk.
