Hola amigos, esta será mi primera publicación en esta comunidad, la cual explicaré como hacer una gelatina mosaico.

Espero y puedan hacerla en su casa para merendar ,emprender y para sus reuniones .

Ingredientes:

✔️1500 ML de agua para las 3 gelatinas en esta ocasión ( dividir en 3 partes )

✔️ 200 ML de agua para gratinar las gelatinas sin sabor ( dividir en 2 partes )

✔️Gelatinas de colores

✔️Gelatinas sin sabor

✔️Base de gelatina blanca

✔️9 cucharadas de azúcar ( 3 cucharadas para cada gelatina a preparar)

✔️3 cucharadas de Leche en polvo

✔️Esencia al gusto

Preparación:

Calentar 1000 ML de agua hasta hervir, luego retirar de la estufa y dividir en dos partes iguales 500 ML para cada gelatina de color.

Con los 200ml de agua se dicen en dos partes que serían 100 ML para cada gelatina sin sabor, se coloca en un bol y se le agrega el sobre de G/sin S. Y se deja que hidrate .

Se disuelven las gelatinas en cada recipiente con sus respectivos 500ml de agua ,agregando 3 cucharadas de azúcar a cada sabor de gelatina se bate hasta disolver ,luego se le incorporar a cada sabor la mitad de los 100ml a cada gelatina de color.

Seguidamente se lleva aún molde recto para llevarlo al refrigeración. Para que cuando cuaje se desmolda y se pica en cubos.

Preparación para la base de gelatina blanca:

Con los 500 ML de agua a temperatura ambiente que nos queda vertemos el sobre de base de gelatina blanca,agregándole las 3 cucharadas de azúcar y de las 3 de leche y unas gotitas de esencias de su preferencia,batimos hasta q disuelva y lo llevamos a la estufa hasta q rompa hervor; luego retiramos y le agregamos los 100ml de gelatina sin sabor que habiamos reservado y dejamos reposar hasta enfriar a temperatura ambiente.

Ya que todo esté listo y frío vamos armar nuestra gelatina mosaico .

Ya con las gelatinas de colores cortadas en cubos y la base blanca fría ; empezamos agarrando el bol o molde y con un poquito de aceite comestible lo esparcimos en toda el área del molde con una servilleta para retirar excesos de aceite.

Agregamos la gelatina blanca una o dos tazas dependiendo de la profundidad que ustedes le quieran dar la llevamos por 10 minutos al refrigerador y luego pasado ese tiempo colocaremos una cantidad de cubos de colores y se le agrega otras tazas más de la gelatina blanca,se lleva nuevamente al refrigerador por 10 minutos hasta q endurezca y así serán todas las capas que le colocaran se repetirá cada procedimiento luego de terminar de llenar todo el molde se lleva a la nevera por 3 o 4 horas . Hasta que quede totalmente dura .

Luego con la ayuda de una paleta de silicón o con tu dedo vamos despegando los bordes de la gelatina del molde para que luego puedas desmoldar y emplatar.

Y ahora queda es degustar . 😊

Preparation for the white gelatin base:

With the remaining 500 ML of water at room temperature, pour the white gelatin base packet, add 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 of milk, and a few drops of preferred essence. Beat until dissolved and bring to a boil on the stove; remove and add the 100ml of flavorless gelatin that had been set aside, let it cool to room temperature.

Once everything is ready and cold, we can assemble our mosaic gelatin.

With the colored gelatins cut into cubes and the cold white base, begin by taking the bowl or mold and spreading a little edible oil throughout the mold area with a napkin to remove excess oil.

We add the white gelatin, one or two cups depending on the depth you want to give it, we leave it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, and then after that time we will place a quantity of colored cubes, and add more cups of white gelatin. It is returned to the refrigerator for another 10 minutes until it hardens, and this will be all the layers you will place. Each step will be repeated after finishing filling the mold, it is refrigerated for 3 or 4 hours until it is completely firm.

Then, with the help of a silicone palette or your finger, we start detaching the edges of the gelatin from the mold so that you can later unmold and plate it.

Now, all that's left is to enjoy it. 😊
