How you start your day matters. No matter how out of sync with your routine you are, start your day right. One way for me is reflecting on Job 38:12 which says ““Have you ever commanded the morning to appear and caused the dawn to rise in the east?”

I will repeat so I hear this too. Make time, take the time for yourself. This journey of my life I am being open and transparent with a pinch of vulnerability.

It’s a daily reminder/occurrence.

ReFocus on your focus.

Taking a moment to reflect. What’s happening inside? It’s important to pause. Being careful of what you’re listening to, being edified by what you are hearing, what are you called to do? Know who you are and be reminded of that

Watching morning live 25/03/25 and Kami “aka Chris Kamara enters the room with a smile that instantly lights up the room. I reflect on how it used to be to be a silent prayer to have that countenance when I enter a room. How a friend I know has that effect with her smile.

I have vowed to write, type or voice record often and truly it is a helpful way to take from your mind and put on paper or save in a cloud somewhere.
