Most of my exercise routines are dynamic, because my body has adapted to this style of training, I work on muscular endurance, different stimuli and Front lever variables

One of the best acquisitions of this year were the tension bands, which help me to perform a good dynamic stretching, muscle activation and prepare my joints for the exercise routine, which are the most demanding ones

Pull ups and leg variables, kneez raises I like to perform them at the beginning of the workout to warm up, without fatiguing and overheating the muscles, the idea is not to fatigue the muscles in the short term, but to do it gradually to get the best out of me

It is very important to understand abdominal activation and training because it is fundamental to the leverage of the Front Lever

When I do a small practice of my static pull-ups it is to focus more on technique when applying them in a combo, keeping in mind that I am adapting my mind to scapular retraction and depression to get the most out of my front

Today I share with you my personalized, simple and effective routine that has been very helpful, we must take into account that we all have different body types that react differently to each exercise routine.

Let's start with the routine!

The most important thing as a Pre-Workout is to give my body the nutrients it needs, in addition to a good warm-up or dynamic stretching to lubricate my joints and prepare for my training

I am adapting my body to be able to master the Straddle planche in negative as it looks good in a Combo at a competitive level and to continue progressing in the Planchas

The 15 - 25 pound red rubber band has become my best friend, it has allowed me to advance my static hold on my Planchas, improve my posture and remind me of the importance of inhaling and exhaling, more on this later

In this case I used the elastic band of 25 - 50 pounds of black color, it allows me to be able to make a more advanced plancha as the full planche, this allows me as previously I had commented, to adapt, to control and to have a better technique of my full planche

To complement my routine I perform seated military press with little weight, Pike push ups and triceps extension, basic exercises with great effectiveness in the medium and long term

It is always essential to breathe, inhale and exhale with the diaphragm for greater concentration, in addition to having control, when we hold our breath we tend to get dizzy or feel strange because of the pressure on the brain, having a controlled breathing will increase the control of the static and greater brain oxygenation

In this opportunity I share a video with a great friend, athlete and teacher that I have met, Brandon Torres, Colombian athlete from Fusagasugá, who has achieved a great career in the sport Street Workout Calisthenics at national level in Colombia.

To tell you a little about how I met Brandon, it was through my first participation in a competition that was in Bogota where I currently reside, he was one of the judges of the competition and he was the one who welcomed me and shared with me some tips to achieve a good participation.

We have been talking lately about the Hive Blockchain and Street Workout Community, since thanks to the Dysfunction Cup where he judged the competition, he created an interest in knowing, learning and being part of our Hive Blockchain and SWC community.

Last June 19, we agreed and went to train together, we talked about Hive, Street Workout Community, our dreams, goals and what we want to achieve in the sport at the national level in Colombia.

In the video and images you can see that Brandon is giving me indications, teaching me how to perform dynamic and static tricks, and I could appreciate the great level he has as an athlete, due to life's difficulties Bradon spent some time without training, but now he is back with hunger to teach, improve and desire to return to be one of the best athletes at the national level.

I hope that soon we will see him sharing his knowledge in the sport, I know that as it has been helpful to me, it will also be for all the members of Hive and the Street Workout Community.

Hello friends of Hive and members of Street Workout Community I hope everyone is doing well. For those who do not know me yet, My name is Angel Romero (@angelrvzl). Today I share with you my experience in the Street Workout Duals Battles, 2nd Edition, which was held in the city of Maracay, Aragua State, specifically in the Parque Los Aviadores Mall, the largest mall in Venezuela. Before arriving to the day of the competition, Camilo Yanquen, David Cubillos and I, Angel Romero, had to make a trip from the city of Bogota in Colombia to Cucuta, and then head to the city of Maracay, Aragua State.

For my part, I had never known the city of Maracay and I was very happy because I was going to return to visit my country, Venezuela. Besides, I was going to have the opportunity to get to know a new city and share with the athletes of the Street Workout Community of Maracay, as well as with those athletes who were coming from other cities to Maracay.

Everything was a new and wonderful experience since we arrived in Maracay. Being able to share with SWC CEO Manuel Ramos (@manuelramos), SWC technical advisor Marleny Suárez (@marlenyaragua), Johan Fernández (@joanfh-workout) and John Linares (@johnlinares), SWC moderators and training together with the community members was incredible.

On this occasion, I had the honor of being part of the jury of the Street Workout Duals Battles, 2nd Edition. To be honest with you, I had never witnessed such an elite organization and competition as the one held by Street Workout Community. The athletes had an excellent participation, showing great training, dedication and the desire to grow more every day.

I loved the Duals, as each athlete performed either static or dynamic tricks in synchronization. Many athletes stood out in the competition due to their almost perfect synchronization. I hope to have the opportunity to participate in the next edition.

I want to thank Manuel Ramos (@manuelramos), Marleny Suarez (@marlenyaragua), the team of moderators, the blockchain Hiveblog and all the people who work to make this type of event a reality and contribute to the growth of our SWC community, as well as our sport, Street Workout Calisthenics.

Hello friends of Hive and members of Street Workout Community I hope everyone is doing well. My name is Angel Romero (@angelrvzl). Today I am sharing again my personalized exercise routines, this time as I have been out of training for a while, I focused on resuming my workouts and go step by step without overloading my body.

I focus on dividing my training into three parts:

The idea of this first part of the training is to perform tricks that you have already mastered but need to improve, in my case I performed the Handstand to improve my posture, I performed Press to Handstand, Straddle Planche attempts with one minute breaks in between, I thought, I analyzed what I had to improve. The duration of this first part is between 10 - 15 minutes.

Among the exercises that I love and that are complete is the Muscle up, my goal was to see how many repetitions I could do in 4 sets, the first two sets went well I did not feel fatigued, but the last sets I had a hard time meeting the reps I set myself but I managed to finish the second part of my workout.

I chose Bar dips as my last exercise because it helps me a lot to improve my technique when performing the muscle up, besides covering all the chest, shoulder and triceps.
