  • Send Love to Those Who Hurt You
    When you stay resentful with those who have hurt you, you begin to hurt yourself.  Not only because you are carrying around the energy of being hurt but you continue to attract more people that are going to hurt you. 
    In my own experience, while I was in a toxic situation in my life, I kept attracting more people into my life that were toxic too. It was a very tumultuous time since I was surrounded by an energy that was pulling me into a dark place where it was hard to see the light. 
    Today, being in the light is where I truly feel love, compassion, joy and peace, but I had to choose. The only way I could step into feeling this great was by sending love to those who have hurt me.
