In this episode of Angels Connect, I meet with Angela who  shares her story of her purpose , her calling and her connection to a brother that still continues after his passing in 2025. 

Angela Johnson is a registered nurse and board certified nurse coach who lost her brother Quentin to alcohol addiction in 2025 at the age of 42. In his memory, she founded Workplace Recovery Continuity — a nurse-led coaching program embedded inside organizations to reach the ones hiding in plain sight, performing perfectly while falling apart privately.

Quentin's story didn't end with his passing. Angela continues to experience his presence in ways that have deepened her understanding of grief, purpose, and the work she was called to do.

Today she carries both his memory and his guidance into every coaching relationship — present, of service, and trusting that the ripple effects of this work reach further than she can see.
