What’s up y’all! This week’s topic we will be discussing anger the first topic to a 3-part series that includes anger, resentment, and bitterness. I will be going in order of intensity. First up is anger and I go into detail about some of the destructive behaviors that it can bring. As well as how it can affect our relationships with those closest to us in a very negative way. Also, the best way to deal with and battle anger which is with love.
