Today's topic is anger management! Over the last 2 years, I find myself getting angry and upset more easily. I'm not sure if it's because of the lack of leisure or traveling that was once my favorite activities to destress after a long year's work, or it's the frustrations of working from home and the hiccups I face due to technological glitches. Anyway, my fuse is shorter now, that's for sure.

As humans, we experience a range of emotions, making us human and differentiating us from other animals.
