Still on board the Pfhor scout ship, we've been ordered by Durandal to collect snapshots and corpses.

Failing to find him among the humans on the Marathon, Durandal has sent us back to the Pfhor scoutship to try and save Bernhard Strauss. There's still no indication of which one of these exploding BoBs he was; the Pfhor are keeping the real and fake ones all mixed together, which adversely affects their life expectancies.

Blackstar and Narcogen's experimental teleporters have malfunctioned, stranding them in a strange world where the only constants are deadly green slime and being shot at by everything and everyone they encounter. Where have they gone, and how can they get back?

Back on board the Marathon, Durandal gives us a pat on the back and then sends us back into the bowels of the colony ship, looking for a "friend" of his-- Bernhard Strauss.

Durandal has sent us on a fact-finding mission to the Pfhor scout ship, where we find a strange new class of alien wielding a fearsome weapon, as well as eerie objects, dripping slime, and frozen (and not so frozen) Hunters. Will we make it back to the safe confines of the Marathon colony ship?

Durandal's Rampancy seems to have progressed into some kind of mental disability, as he is no longer able to spell his own name, or to give us instructions of any kind, helpful or otherwise. He does, however, have some terrible plans for us in the near future...
