BF Borgers and its owner, Benjamin Borgers, have agreed to settle civil charges brought forth by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), with a total penalty of $14 million. The SEC accused the auditing firm, which includes Trump Media among its clients, of engaging in fraudulent activities that impacted over 1,500 SEC filings.
