Upcoming career counselling have the kids all nervous about the future—the juunishi especially, because there futures are not as clear as their classmates. Tohru and Kyo visit Shishou for lunch, and Tohru learns more about Kyo’s childhood. Shishou has to live suddenly to speak to Kyo’s biological father, and they discuss Kyo’s future. On another evening, Kyo and Tohru talk about the future and their anxieties, and Shigure gives Tohru advice.
