Some people online called me an anime tourist, so I travelled to Japan and became one. For context: Anime Tourist- in the way that people on twitter (X) use it - is meant to imply I'm not a true anime fan because they believe I'm trying to impose my values on a medium that comes from a different culture. And I decided to combine this with actual Anime Tourism - which literally means traveling Japan for anime related events or sites.
