The hunt for the Rainbow Crystals at Anime Was (Not) A Mistake is on as we continue our season 1 watch of Sailor Moon. In order to find what we need we must confront a bevy of minor characters that may or may not show up later. A little psychic boy, a slacker shrine attendant, and a fat cat, how can we even manage? With the threat of the Dark Kingdom lingering over our podcast, we need to band together and track down the truth of the Moon Princess. Help us loyal listeners!

On today's episode of Anime Was (Not) A Mistake, we're hedging our bets and joining the Straw Hat Pirates for another cinematic adventure. In One Piece Film: Gold, Luffy and his friends travel to a massive casino ship known as the Gran Tesoro. After losing a deadly wager with Gild Tesoro, the owner of the ship and wielder of the Gold-Gold Fruit, the Straw Hats plan an elaborate heist in order to save Zoro and beat the house. Of course, things don't go exactly as planned. Instead, they might need a little extra luck in order to take down Tesoro and free his many captives. All that glitters may not be gold, but anime was (probably) not a mistake.

Our latest Sinister Six event continues and the stakes have quite literally never been higher. Fate has forced us to take a look at Money Plane, a film made by people who don't understand money or planes. In this aerial heist movie, a skilled (?) thief named Jack is blackmailed into robbing the legendary Money Plane. Anything goes on the Money Plane when it comes to gambling, whether you're playing Smash singles or Settlers of Catan. The entire scheme is organized by Darius "The Rumble" Grouch III, as portrayed by Kelsey Grammer in a separate movie. But for Jack's team and even the Rumble himself, this flight plan might encounter a little turbulence. You might want to keep an air sickness bag ready for today's installment of Anime Was (Not) A Mistake, where our Plan A is never quite as good as our Plan B.

AWNAM's Sinister Six returns to welcome Dan Ryan starring in Goddess. Will this boy's up and coming "dancing" skills be able to hold a candle to Jonathan's seasoned, sultry talents? This can only mean one thing! Your hosts are embarking on a journey of sin and sleaze in Las Vegas. Tonight, it's Showgirls (1995) and there aren't enough chips to hold us back! Make sure the young one's and grandparents are out of the room, because this film is NC-17 baby!  Scatter some beads, pour some Kristal, and be prepared to thrust! DIFFERENT PLACES?!?!
