But do we think about the negative beliefs?  In this episode, I speak about how our beliefs, both positive and negative, impact our lives and how we can change those negative to  positive beliefs. Also, I introduce how changing the statement to a positive has increase my state of being and is guiding me on a path way more enjoyable than ever before.
