Ann Widdecombe is a British politician and television personality. She served as a Conservative MP from 1987 until 2010, holding positions in both John Major's government and William Hague's Shadow Cabinet. Since stepping down as an MP, she became a popular figure on television, appearing on shows such as Strictly Come Dancing and Celebrity Big Brother. She returned to politics as a Brexit Party MEP in 2019, until Britain left the EU in 2020, and she is now Reform UK's Immigration and Justice Spokesperson. Known for her outspoken and passionate views, it was a pleasure to interview Widdecombe.
