Loving-kindness meditation, with its origins in Buddhist traditions over two millennia ago, is a practice that involves sending heartfelt well-wishes and positive intentions to oneself and others. Through this practice, one cultivates feelings of love, compassion, and interconnectedness, fostering emotional well-being and a more compassionate approach to life.
