I know you were expecting a new episode of Spiritcraft this week, and I was really hoping to deliver it to you on time, but life had other plans. Between some health concerns and a lot going on with my day job, I’ve realised that my brain and body don’t have much more to give right now.

The upcoming episode is about embracing change, and it explores how we resist change, even when it’s for our own well-being. So, instead of pushing through and rushing to get an episode out, I want to live in alignment with what I’m sharing.
