The idea of planning an entire year is daunting. There is a good chance of feeling overwhelmed just thinking about it. In this episode, Patty shares how she uses external, concrete and visual tools to support herself to plan key milestones for the entire year. She doesn’t plan everything (or even close to it!), but she does use tools to stretch her time horizon to see more of the year at a glance and to prompt her to stay connected with her plans throughout the year.
A free PDF of her 12-month planning tool is included if you want to experiment with it to plan your 2023. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Bt8ydRTPPG0WK4vLWmKvVvARCF9U3GuY/view?usp=sharing
