We will be meditating upon the Annunciation. Specifcally the moments between Gabriel's announcement and Mary's "Fiat", adding breath as we pray.
Our God made us body and soul. Let us use both body and soul to lift up our prayer.
Breath Pattern:
Inhale during this portion of Ave- Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee...
Hold your breath during this portion- blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Let your breath out in a gentle sustained sigh - Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now, and at the hour of our death, amen.
