Passage: 1 John 2:18:27 Jesus the anointed One, the Christ, anoints His own, to enable them to both believe His promises and receive His power. Those who would be "Christians" must confess with the Church Jesus as Christ in word and in deed. In so doing we shall be found not only for Him (instead of against Him), but with Him in eternal life. Let us embrace our anointing by the Holy Spirit to the glory of God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ!
