Happy Mental Health Awareness Month! I am excited to be back and discuss something we all experience: stress. Remember, stress is an indicator, not a dictator. It serves as an invitation to learn from difficulties and an opportunity to place our confidence in the Lord. Let's meditate on Psalm 55:2, Romans 8:28, and James 1:2-4.
God's faithfulness isn't nullified because of our Shortcomings. He remains and His grace and mercy is ready to renew us. Recognize your limitations, rely on God, and live intentionally.
Grief, heartbreak, the prayer of serenity, and the importance of guarding our hearts. We have all experienced heartbreak someway, somehow, that's why God is calling us to take refuge in Him, apply practical exercises, and process our feelings.
The importance of community, myths of Christians and mental health, shame, reasons why we do not seek support, and the characteristics of a good support system.
Thank you for your constant support. Are you in Central FL and looking to better your mental health by being a part of a community? Connect with us. [email protected]
The importance of using person-first language, hope, anxiety, the difference between the two, and seeking promises and exhortations from God's word. "Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday." - Billy Graham
Welcome welcome back! In this episode we cover the importance of holistic wellness, hope in Christ, and some practical steps to take to freshen up our confident expectation.

We have a promise from God to be filled, satisfied, and nourished. We cannot get caught up with ourselves that we are no longer full of Jesus. Let's be friends of God by setting our minds on all that is heavenly, seeking humility, and finding fulfillment in Christ alone.
People are relying on your freedom to witness God's power. Freedom isn't about the condition of your environment, it is the condition of your worship. Do not let your circumstance keep you in bondage in such a way that you aren't able to express your love and gratitude to your Maker.
We need to change the way we communicate about our future. Is "if the Lord wills it" your heart's desire?

Roxanny’s vision is deeply personal and profoundly inspired by her own journey of overcoming struggles. With Jesus at the center and biblical truths as our foundation, we are committed to providing holistic care that addresses the mind, body, and spirit.
Through education, therapeutic support, and community-building, we aim to: • Deliver the good news of hope and renewal, • Comfort the brokenhearted with compassion, • Proclaim freedom and restoration for those held captive by pain or circumstances.
We are thrilled to introduce our podcast, as the first step in this journey. Through insightful discussions and meaningful encouragement, we address topics that matter most in mental health and personal growth. This podcast is just the beginning as we continue to expand into additional areas of mental health care, including online resources and in-person services.
Support groups are also coming soon to provide a safe, nurturing environment where individuals can heal, grow, and thrive.
Together, we can turn challenges into victories and bring lasting healing to individuals and communities alike!
Thank you for being the hope that someone may need someday.
