In this episode I am joined by my client Jillian McAdam who shares her story of battling anorexia. She talks about how her eating disorder began and how it lead to self harming. Her parents divorcing when she was very young and infidelity in her household. I also share my story of a short battle with an eating disorder, how the breakdown of my marriage has effected my weight and how I manage that. This is an issue so many women and men struggle with so I felt like it was important to share and raise awareness.
