Another Anxiety Attack

In this minisode of AAA– Joni and Natalie are discussing the daily life of living with anxiety. We challenged ourselves to send voice messages over the course of two weeks to talk about how we’re feeling – in real time. We wanted to keep it authentic and as ever, just offer up two very different people dealing with every life and our friend: everyday anxiety.

We discuss mental health and anxiety within LGBT+ communities, looking at social media and the ever evolving landscape of Pride. Oh and we divulge what emoji represents us and our fabby guests.

Natalie and Joni go all foodie for episode three as we discuss how food and our Anxieties go together. The Another Anxiety Attack gang fought their fears and travelled all the way to the amazing, frantic and fabulous Edinburgh Fringe Festival for this 45 minute special in front of a live audience (AGH!) Join us on our last night at the Festival as we have a cheeky chat about SEX and how we cope with all the ways our anxieties tend to cock-block us. Expect a few anxiety sex hacks along the way in the form of the 'Mindful Vagina' and 'Shame Wank' (you're welcome).

Natalie is a manic and dyslexic extrovert. Joni is an indecisive and dispraxic introvert - yet they both have Anxiety.
