KwaZulu-Natal Premier, Thamsanqa Ntuli has strongly condemned the brutal killing of 25-year-old Ntobeko Cele by her partner, Sibusiso Lawrence, in Durban. In a shocking Facebook confession, Lawrence claimed that cheating and ill-treatment in the relationship drove him to commit the heinous crime. Tragically, Lawrence later took his own life.
