In this eighth episode Bill Hamel discusses the eleventh investment property of his career. This investment was another college rental in the Pine Hills neighborhood of Albany. At this point Bill and his partner were still self-managing eleven properties as they learned the industry through first-hand experiences. Bill and Stephen also briefly discuss market cycles and Bill debates the decision of selling this property.
