Vlad Arakcheyev is an active investor, co-sponsor, and JV partner in 500+ multifamily units and land development amounting to a multimillion-dollar portfolio. Vlad is in charge of Zontik Ventures' operations and asset management. He is a member of the national real estate investor network.

In the hundred-and-twenty-seventh episode of Collecting Real Estate, we interviewed Alex Corpolongo.
Alex's training and degree is in Civil Engineering, and he spent the beginning of his career as a construction manager in New York City, and then in Tampa. Before he began buying and operating multifamily property full-time, he was Senior Project Manager of a high-profile hotel development in downtown Tampa. While there, Alex developed relationships with local authorities, designers, and subcontractors; and further enhanced his construction and development acumen. Over the course of his career, he's developed an expert network of professionals whom he collaborates with in the multifamily real estate domain; and he's built strategic and scalable acquisition and management systems that he now applies across Tampa Bay. Today, Alex spends his time optimizing the performance of the portfolio and sifting through hundreds of properties to find the few worth adding to it.
