Disney World doesn't have big fires, but they have a good amount of small fires. If there was a big fire I have no confidence the fire department would show up in a timely manner. That's why it's good they usually always have small fires that require only a fire extinguisher. I don't know if there has been a really big fire in Disney World. I also wonder what's the response time for the paramedics and law enforcement. They rely heavily on their own staff to handle emergencies.
