SINGLE AGAIN. We breakup and the first thing that comes to mind isn’t oh no I will never get married, oh no I will never have babies, oh no will anyone ever want me, oh no I am getting old, it's OH NO I have to go on another first date!!! Today we deep dive into the realness and awkwardness of first dates. We talk about my first therapy appointment and why I am seeking someone new. We learn how to remain curious, rephrase our thought patterns and how to show up as authentically you. Singlehood is not my curse, it is my time of preparation and evolution. The work of love starts long before you actually begin dating. How do you prepare? It truly starts with bringing a healthy you into the equation. You must be as intentional about becoming the right person as you are about attracting the right person.
