Hello & Happy Birthday to me! Not to make this about me, but it is; because I was born 29 years ago, and I want to talk about it. On today’s episode, I reflect on my 28th year, and what made it so special. I’ve learned about myself, those around me, fallen in love, met incredible people, traveled to new cities and countries, moved, started new businesses, failed a lot, cried and listened to sad music on repeat, gained new skills, hiked, skied, and played outside, challenged myself, and lots in between. I also talk about my favorite birthday rituals. Why I insist on spending my birthday totally alone, and what practices I have to make it as special, powerful, and introspective as possible.
