The Sesh is once again recording from Hafers Studios for a year end review of MMA. After teasing a call from BJJ pioneer Carlos Machado, the boys jump into a preview UFC 207. They kick it off talking about Ronda Rousey’s mental state and give their predictions for the main event, and discuss Johny Hendricks’s matchup with Neil Magny and his fall from grace as championship main eventer to being relegated to the prelims.
They then take a call from Carlos Machado. He recaps his journey through martial arts, and breaks down Wonderboy’s performance against Tyrone Woodley.
After the break the guys finish their preview of UFC 207 and discuss Dominick Cruz’s matchup with Cody Garbrandt. The guys wrap up the show and 2016 by giving out some year end awards.

They open the show asking Tom why he isn't drinking, and after determining that he must only have 6 months to live, they quickly recap the great fight between Derek Brunson and Robert Whittaker. They move to an extensive preview of the TUF Finale and make their picks. During the recording, Bjorn Rebney, GSP and more hold a press conference explaining there intent to start a union. The guys in studio dive deep into how realistic this is, and what it would mean for the sport. They also have a weight cutting discussion, and talk about Conor being stripped of his featherweight belt.

Tim opens the show lamenting about passing up on an opportunity to be in the Garden, and instead watching UFC 205 in a bar in Brooklyn with a bunch of filthy casuals. They talk about some of the stand out performances from the non title fights, including Frankie Edgar and Khabib. They also talk about Miesha's emotional decision to retire after her loss, and fighter's struggling with accepting retirement. The conversation turns to Gastelum badly missing weight, and whether or not he should be cut. They go in on Yoel Romero and his post win antics, and dissect that odd outcome in the Welterweight Championship fight. They close the show giving Conor his due respect. The guys then stop the show abruptly before Rich finds himself in a paternity lawsuit.
