#211 It’s What’s Inside, The 4:30 Movie, Shaun of the Dead, Dead Snow

A group of shaky friends embark on a unique game that’ll test their resolve and loyalties. In the 1980’s a boy, along with his friends, prepares for the ultimate first date with his crush as drama in the local movie theater rises. Local layabout Shaun loses his girlfriend just as the zombie apocalypse starts and he must find her, his mum and plan for survival. A group of University-aged friends are staying on a snowy mountain cabin when a curse releases a platoon of zombie Nazu soldiers to attack.

#210 Joker: Folie a Deux, The Platform 2, REC2, Pontypool

The trial of the century begins for murderer Arthur Fleck as he grapples with tensions rising and a wave of fans wanting Joker to return as he meets the potential love of his life, Harley Quinn. A prison with hundreds of levels where a platform of food descends each day and a prisoner who becomes a huge cog or wrench into who gets what to eat, if any at all. A scientist and strike team infiltrate a Spanish apartment building in search of evidence of a highly dangerous and contagious virus amid all of the infected residents. The tiny town of Pontypool becomes ground zero for a violent virus that infects people through speech and the people working at the local radio station must uncover and resolve this or escape before it’s too late.

An aging actress forced out of her career decides to transform and rip herself to pieces with an underground treatment that makes her young again. Patience and violence are at odds in the form of a one-man-army that becomes the center of systemic abuse by local authorities. A man and woman travel to a Caribbean island in search of someone missing and the strange disease that brings people back from the dead. In the state of what remains after the zombie-fueled wars, an idyllic 1950’s town has managed normalcy by making the undead into their indentured servants and the lonely boy that befriends one of them, named Fido.

A crew of astronauts must cope with the lingering and exponentially worse effects of deep sleep drugs as they approach Jupiter. A series of events between a serial killer and the prey as both encounter some hard choices and civilian casualties. A group of young adults, along with a synthetic android, does a Hail Mary illegal attempt to escape the dismal planet they’re on by stealing from a giant spaceship that contains truly horrifying alien creatures. A young couple must fight tooth and nail to get back together as their city becomes ravaged by a disease that makes people turn into sadistic murderers.

Louis, a 200-year old vampire tells the supernatural, tragic and wondrous life story to a human journalist that includes a child-vampire Claudia and the ruthless and powerful creator Lestat beginning in New Orleans.

A tornado savant and meteorologist and a YouTuber twister-wrangler collide and may have to team up in order to redeem past actions and how to understand and defeat the devastation of weather. A young FBI agent with strong intuition is put on the case of self-titled serial killer ‘Longlegs,’ a strange and brutal murderer that may employ supernatural devices to achieve his goals. Mickey and Mallory Knox are mass murderers that only become infamous by the mass media that only emphasizes how uniquely American and indifferent these killings really are when the attention is granted.
