PlayStation announced a showcase, similar to that of PSX 2017, for this years E3. Choosing to potentially focus on 4 announced games (The Last of Us Pt.II, Death Stranding, Spider-Man, Ghost of Tsushima), it would seem they are winding down, in order to come out swinging with something big at a later date.
