Obligatory Baseball is back because so is baseball so it just makes sense. There have already been two no-hitters! Incroyable, Zut Alors! But what about all the terrible injuries? Are baseball players getting too buff to stay healthy? So many questions and so many answers from two guys who could probably have the best baseball podcast in the world if they wanted to.

We wrap up with Mark losing his mind trying to figure out where the line is with Covid-19 and pro sports with the Vancouver Canucks restarting their season after an awful outbreak ravaged most of their team just two weeks ago. Just seems like yet another priority out of whack.

It's not ALL baseball, don't worry!

This week we are joined by Steve's brother Brad and they get things rolling with a review of the Netflix doc The Last Blockbuster and the nostalgia floodgates are opened wide.

April 1st is Opening Day in Major League Baseball and good lord, HOOK IT TO OUR VEINS. The guys provide their picks for division winners, award winners and some other storylines heading into the 2021 season.  Steve is bullish on his favourite team, Mark not so much on the Blue Jays.  All predictions have been recorded for posterity and future owns and disses.

Hockey talk! Brad doesn't think Connor McDavid is that good and Steve and Mark try their best not to lol at this silly notion. Somewhere in here Mark complains about Dodge Rams and their drivers for the 13th straight episode.

Jerks in Sports: A discovery in an old Sports Illustrated sparks a conversation about the biggest assholes in sports and Mark and Steve have an all out bloodbath brawl over Juan Soto. Well, maybe it wasn't that bad.  Spoiler alert: we certainly agreed on Rafael Palmeiro, though.

Obligatory Baseball: There are a handful of rule changes coming to various levels of minor league baseball. Are any of them going to be transferable to the Major Leagues? It was a hypothetical question, you will just have to listen. And like. And subscribe.  Hey, guess what? The Texas Rangers are still stupid and are planning on having 100% capacity for their home opener vs the Blue Jays next month.  Spoiler alert 2.0: We don't think that is a good idea!

SuperVillain: Steve is in the midst of watching the Showtime documentary on Instagram Personality(?)/Rapper (LOL)/Influencer(barf)/convicted criminal/sociopath Tekashi 6ix9ine (ugh, again). It's a compelling story about a terrible person and maybe the perfect microcosm for society and what we prioritize and value in 2021.
