The party continues south through Ring Seven to the cargo lifts. They receive a vision of an imminent disaster, and hurry to intervene. The party attempts to stop the collapse of the lift but is unable to prevent it from crashing into the dock below it. In the aftermath of the collapse they are approached by a dock inspector who asks for their aid to prove the ineptitude of the overseer. At this point in the recording Dave lost power and was unable to rejoin, leaving Dizzy and Dreno to wander the Canvas Exchange for a shopping spree.

Having found a sun shard, the party returns to the city in order to turn in the shard to the proper authorities. The charges are dropped, their slates cleaned, the shiver disks removed from their foreheads, and an angry mob wanting justice for the casino disaster. The party is rescued by Korg, the gentle Orc blacksmith, and his ward Pip.

Korg tells them they need to venture further into the inner rings and does his best to help them get to where they need to go.

Bae'ell reunites with his siblings and convinces them to join him on a dangerous mission. The rest of the Gate Keepers catch up to Bae'ell before returning to the Gold Father where Marion gives them the final piece to the puzzle; they need to seek out an engine smith. They know one, Ranga, but she is caught up with the liberation of Worgixaera. 

The party travels to where Eythor has set up operations to free his planet. Here they will set out to reestablish Eythor as the Arch-Duke, and hopefully return peace to an entire world.

The party is hunkered down in Doogie's hideout awaiting his return with the gear he promised to get them. During this time they patch up their wounds. Upon Doogie's return the party heads out into the frozen wastes outside the city's walls. They quickly learn why the wasteland is so dangerous.

The Gate Keepers descend into the mines of Drazo'Ber'Tala once again; this time in search of Bae'ell who had gone in search of his siblings. The Gate Keepers happened upon a group of Moon Elf raiders who were skimming resources from the mines. A high speed chase through the narrow tunnels of the mines ensued. Meanwhile, Bae'ell had found tracks leading to a grotto where he happened upon a mysterious woman. Will the Gate Keepers stop the Moon Elves from stealing from the Dwarves, and is this mysterious woman one of Bae'ell's kin?

The party explores the scrap yard, continuing their search for Doogie in hopes he could get them the rest of the gear they would need in order to venture out into the frozen wastes outside of the city. They found Doogie in the clutches of the Rust Bloods. After a deadly scrap they were able to free Doogie and retreat to his safe house. He agreed to help as he owed Dreno half a dozen favors.
